Ugh, demolition dilemmas! A reno-vention revelation, or total wreck-reation? Gutting a bathroom sounds therapeutic, but dust devils and surprise pipes? Yeah, been there. Once tried to remove some wallpaper myself and ended up peeling plaster for days. My DIY dreams quickly became a contractor's goldmine. DIY or pro? Check with your inner Love Tester, decide wisely.
